Customization Options for trucker Caps

Aung Crown offers unique designs, high-quality materials, and personalized branding options. We provide different hat customization services, quick production turnaround, and the ability to create one-of-a-kind hats for individuals or businesses.

Trucker caps are often referred to as mesh caps. They typically have mesh material for the back four panels and their most obvious feature is the mesh fabric and plastic straps. Most of them do not have eyelets. Trucker caps have higher requirements for the color coordination of the double-needle stitching and sweatband.

Trucker caps are typically divided into 5/6-panel flat bill trucker caps, 5/6-panel curved bill trucker caps, and foam trucker caps.

Notes:

  1. The thickness and softness/hardness of the foam come in several specifications. Unless the customer has special requirements, we use the standard foam (0.5cm for the front panel, 0.3cm for the brim).
  2. Nylon mesh also comes in various specifications, such as mesh pattern, size, and hardness. If the customer does not specify the type of mesh, we will use the standard nylon mesh by default.
  3. If embroidery is required on the brim, stitching cannot be applied. Conversely, if stitching is required, embroidery cannot be done. The two cannot be combined (if both embroidery and stitching are needed, the stitching can be replaced with embroidered thread).

Hat profiles refer to the shape and structure of their crown. Generally high-profile caps are taller and more rigid while low-profile caps are shorter and softer, and medium-profile caps offer a balanced fit.
